TEKLYNX' architecture is a flexible server model with one connection to the Enterprise system (database or ERP) and multiple connections to the equipment or end-users. This is basically our expertise – a many-to-one connection and a centralized location for all of the activity.

• As the only Microsoft Gold certified software publisher in the AIDC market, we work closely with and understand the Windows Server capabilities and direction.
• Support for current and future technologies to co-exist (for example, connect to SENTINEL with Web Services and file drop) allows TEKLYNX solutions to grow with your business. This also enables you to easily transition between older and newer platforms without changing the TEKLYNX solution.
• Interoperability - our products work together. One example is printing a receipt or label from a portable data collection device, with TEKLYNX solutions you can print locally or through the back end server, all from the device and all created with a wizard.

Service & Support

TEKLYNX is one of the few companies with the size, support and reseller network to instill confidence in our solutions. While we mainly require our resellers to be certified and support their customers, we are available to provide direct support, installation and service through our resellers.
