When I launch LABELVIEW I get a 5012:CL NO Sentinel Found message |

The 5012 error means the Network Sentinel Key is having some difficulty transmitting the key signature to the PC.
To correct the problems try the following:
- Check the network protocol stacks on the server and the PC. Both protocol stacks should be the same. Certain network cards may cause this error to occur.
- A switch can be applied to the NSRVGX.EXE and the NSRVNI.NLM that will help to resolve timing issues across the network. Run the utility with the switch "/DT:50". The switch is case sensitive, so be sure to capitalize it. Do not include the quotes. (e.g. run: nsrvgx.exe /DT:50)
