How do I set up custom shortcut commands in CODESOFT 7 or higher?

  1. Select View > Shortcuts .

  2. The Shortcut Keys dialog box will open. For this example we will assign CTRL+F as the shortcut to open the form display. Select View: Mode: Form from the list.

  3. Simultaneously press CTRL+F and click the Create Shortcut button. You will see that this shortcut was originally assigned to the "Find Record" command.

  4. Once you reassign the shortcut, CTRL+F will switch CODESOFT to the form display mode.

  5. You may also reset all of the original shortcuts by using the "Reset All" button.
