LABEL MATRIX Driver Service Pack

Driver Service Pack allows you to download the latest version of TEKLYNX printer drivers. You can upgrade printer driver families (and add new models) without upgrading to the next software version. This is an easy and free way to download Extended drivers to upgrade your product.

Note:

• You must be an Administrator on the local PC to install new TEKLYNX drivers from this site. Also note that you cannot install new drivers using a remote connection on a PC.  
• This service is limited to the printer families supported by your license. Instructions can be found below.

What is the difference between Native (L) and Extended (X) Drivers?

Do you see a Red X below instead of the driver family list?

How to Download:

1. Click on a printer family to expand the tree and then move the mouse over the displayed list to get information concerning the version of the driver.
2. Select the models from the list. Please remember that the maximum number of printers that can be selected in a session is 25.
3. Click on the Download button.

How to update printer drivers in your labeling software

1. Close your labeling software.
2. Double-click on the .zip file
3. Extract the files to one of the following folders:
   • If you are using LABEL MATRIX 7.x, extract the files to C:\Program Files\LABEL MATRIX PowerPro\ or C:\Program Files\LABEL MATRIX\.
   • If you are using LABEL MATRIX 8.x, extract the files to C:\Program Files\LM8\
   
   When the above steps are complete, your labeling software is updated.
